Hi Carol & The rest of the gang,
Just back from Austria, Pfunds with Stacey's and wanted to say how great
it was. I have been on over 20 coach trips over the years and hand on heart I
can honestly say this was the best trip I have ever been on. Your driver Shaun
was faultless and was always friendly and polite and the coach were spotless
and very comfortable. I would recommend this trip to anyone and will not be travelling
with anyone but Stacey's from now on. Thank you for providing such a great trip
with such great service, I’ll be back at Christmas to book again!

Dear Stacey's Coaches,
I chose a trip with you in July to be the first trip to travel as a single passenger since my husband passed away last year. I was apprehensive and afraid of getting lost -
The service I was given was excellent, the girls in the office were helpful and
I enjoyed having friendly chats with them. The hostess on board the coach (who
was superb) even gave me her mobile telephone number for when we went on
excursions to settle my mind when I went off so I knew I wouldn’t be left.
Being offered teas and coffees on the coach is a lovely touch and we all felt
spoilt. Since then I have met a great friend on your coaches and we will be
travelling together with Stacey's every year!
Thank you for your warm and friendly service, it cannot be faulted.

Transportation was timely and of the highest standard, making the journey very comfortable and enjoyable. Accommodation at the Hilton Hotel in Paddington was an excellent choice.

Dear Stacey's,
I am just writing to thank you for our extremely successful trip to
France - We had two fantastic drivers that couldn't be faulted and they did
everything to please all 26 Pupils and 4 staff members, they made the trip very
enjoyable for everyone!
As head of the Languages Department, I book many coaches and have to say this was one
of the best we have been on. The coach was immaculate and the drivers were
faultless and really interacted with the pupils and with staff - It really was
a great trip and we will be using Stacey's again, I will also recommend
Stacey's to other schools and friends.
Thanks again for 2 great drivers and such a great coach.

Dear Sir/Madam, Just a thank you note, for a most enjoyable holiday in Austria. Our drivers Alan and Shaun were magnificent in everything they did, nothing was any trouble to either of them. How they got a large bus around the narrow roads, to places neither of them had been before was unbelievable. We will certainly be travelling with Stacey's again and hope we get Alan and Shaun. As it was the first live darts event I had attended I found the evening to be a great mixture of a spectacular atmosphere and sheer sporting brilliance. I also got to meet and had a picture with 'The Asset' Paul Nicholson before the action started. I would also like to say how very clean and comfortable I found the coach and also say thank you to the driver who I found to be very polite, well organised, very helpful and smartly dressed. Hello to all at Stacey's Coaches. We just wanted to thank you for an excellent trip to Silverstone for the F1 British Grand Prix weekend.
I would like to inform you that the accommodation at the Hilton Hotel was superb and we were highly impressed with the luxurious coaches that we travelled in.
The driver was very friendly and flexible to the extra requests that were made to him at such short notice.

I have just returned from a school trip to Strasbourg/Black Forest with Stacey's (Chetwynde School).
I wanted to contact you immediately to say how delighted we were with the coach drivers.
The coach was extremely comfortable and luxurious, which meant the long journey was so much more bearable. Our drivers, James and Mitch were brilliant. They were kind and friendly to us all-staff and pupils and were always ready to be flexible and helpful. They were excellent drivers and were informative and really added to our enjoyment of the stay. They were excellent ambassadors for your company and we would certainly want to use you for our next trip abroad. I will be planning this at the start of the new school year and will contact you again then.

I would like to say what an excellent driver we had in difficult circumstances through the London traffic. He was always cheery and obliging and sorted out any queries as they rose. We had almost enjoyable weekend mainly due to the driver's attention to our needs and bringing us home safely.
