Your Four Day Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Morning departure from local area. We journey to Stratford Upon Avon where you can shop for some excellent bargains or why not take time at leisure to see all the sights this city has to offer. Visit Shakespeare's birthplace or even take a relaxing stroll along the River Avon. The canal locks in the city center have a wonderful display of canal barges from by-gone days! We rejoin the coach early in the afternoon and journey onto the Banbury House Hotel, Banbury. On arrival we are welcomed with free tea and coffee and once checked in porterage will take your luggage to your room. You will then have free time at leisure to relax before seating down to your Evening Meal. The evening is free to relax at leisure.

Day 2: After a leisurely breakfast we depart the hotel for a day at Blenheim Palace. Birthplace of Winston Churchill on 1874, Blenheim Palace and the royal estate of Woodstock was the reward given to John Churchill, Duke of Marlborough, for his victory over the French at the battle of Blenheim. Formal gardens flank the house and Blenheim Palace is set in around 2,100 acres of spectacular parkland landscaped by Capability Brown and surrounded by sweeping manicured lawns. An impressive lake crossed by a bridge leads up to Blenheim Palace giving what must be one of the most picturesque and photographed scenes in the UK.

Day 3: Full day at leisure to explore the beautiful town of Banbury. Banbury is a market town and civil parish in the district of Cherwell in northern Oxfordshire, England, located on the River Cherwell. The nursery rhyme, 'Ride a Cock Horse', has made Banbury one of the best-known towns in England. It has been suggested that the 'Fine Lady' of the nursery rhyme may have been Lady Godiva or Elizabeth I. More likely it was a local girl who rode in a May Day procession. The original cross was pulled down at the end of the 16th century. The present cross was erected in 1859 to celebrate the wedding of the then Princess Royal to Prince Frederick of Prussia.

Day 4: Sadly after breakfast we depart our hotel to begin our journey home. You rejoin the coach which will take you onto the city of Worcester. Worcester is famed across the world for its beautiful porcelain and piquant Worcestershire Sauce. The modern city also offers a unique shopping experience. It mixes the very best of the UK's national chains (House of Fraser, Marks & Spencer, Next, H&M and many others) with an unrivalled choice of one-off independent retailers found only at the heart of this world-famous city. We rejoin the coach at 3.00pm and begin our journey home with regular passenger comfort stops en-route, arriving back to local area in the evening.
