Your 10 Day Tour Itinerary

Day 1: We journey to York with time at leisure. Rejoin the coach later in the afternoon and journey to Hull for overnight sailing to Zeebrugge.

Day 2: We arrive in Zeebrugge and rejoin the coach for our journey to Germany for our overnight hotel accommodation. Once we arrive at our hotel you have free time at leisure before sitting down to your three course evening dinner.

Day 3: After breakfast we check out of our hotel and rejoin the coach to continue our onward journey south over the borders into Austria and the resort of Pfunds which will be our base for the next five nights.

Day 4: Full day at leisure to explore Pfunds.

Day 5: After breakfast we depart from the hotel and journey to Kaunertal with its magnificent mountains, glaciers and the largest reservoir in western Austria, 'Gepatsch Reservoir'. We head further over the panorama road and stop at the Glacier Restaurant at the summit of the famous Weisseeglacier at over 2750m.

Day 6: After breakfast we depart from the hotel and drive to Pontresina for a ride on the famous Bernia Express (first class ticket included). The Bernia Express takes us through part of one of the most beautiful railway routes in the world, over the Bernia Pass. We travel through the picturesque villages in the lower Engadine Valley with its richly decorated houses, beautiful alpine scenery of the upper valley. We rejoin the coach in Tirano and journey to St Moritz. St Moritz is all you expect and more – a brassy, in-your-face reminder of the hotshot world beyond the high valley walls. For a century or more, it's been the prime winter retreat of social high-flyers, minor European royalty and the international jetset, who've sparked the creation of a mini-Mayfair of Vuitton and Armani in this stunningly romantic setting of forest, lake and mountains.

Day 7: After breakfast we depart from the hotel and we drive through the Inn Valley via the Reschen Pass, a really spectacular drive along the sub-tropical Etsch Valley with its vineyards, orchards and ruined castles. We continue over the border into Italy and the spa town of Merano and a ride on the Vinschgerbahn (wine train).

Day 8: We depart Pfunds after breakfast to begin our journey home, we once again stop at the Best Western Queens Hotel, Karlsruche for overnight stay.

Day 9: Depart our hotel after breakfast and journey to Zeebrugge for overnight sailing to Hull.

Day 10: We arrive back in Hull and rejoin the coach for our journey home. Arriving back to the local area early evening with regular comfort stops en-route.
